The Kolhapuri Bhadang is a delightful puffed rice bhel that has loads of peanuts, natural garlic and red chilli.

Its made in the town of Jaysinghpur, between Kolhapur and Sangli in Maharashtra but is popularly referred to as the Kolhapuri Bhadang.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the order in he normal course.

The estimated delivery timeline is a) Metro cities: 3-5 working days & b) Non-metro cities: 6-8 business days.

Rest assured, all products are packed well and have long shelf life so you will have sufficient shelf life to enjoy your order when it is received.

For COD orders, the shipping timeline starts once the customer reconfirms their order on whatsapp/email/call.

In case we foresee a delay beyond the indicated delivery timeline, we will keep you informed on email. Please note that the orders are not dispatched on Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays.


The standard timelines may increase for COD orders, which are individually confirmed with customers before the dispatch of each order (COD orders are not dispatched until confirmed from the customer side).

Also, please note that the standard timelines may increase due to festival rush/ local Covid restrictions / weather disruptions / local traffic disturbance and other such non-standard occurrences.

Shipping Charge

Each product is made at its place of origin so that the authentic local taste is maintained. And we use only the best available courier partners to deliver to your pincode so that the product reaches you fresh. Therefore, we have a nominal shipping charge of Rs.50 per order. This is applicable throughout the website.

Not a fan of shipping charges? Its super easy to save this Rs.50. We offer Free shipping on orders of just Rs.600 & above. So order for at least Rs.600 and get Free delivery.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery facility for most pin codes. Basis the pin code entered in the address field, the system will display the availability of COD option at Checkout.
Please note that COD facility is charged at Rs.50. The COD charge does not change with the order value and it is a flat constant charge.

If you’d like to save on the COD charge, we advise you to complete the payment using UPI/ Paytm / Debit cards/ Credit card/ Netbanking.

Kolhapur & the famous Bhadang

A historic and ancient city of Maharashtra India, Kolhapur is situated on the banks of Panchganga River. Kolhapur is the largest city in southern Maharashtra and is famously known for its Kolhapuri Chappal craftmanship and the authentic Kolhapuri spices. Establishment of Kolhapur state was done by Tarabai in the year 1707, where one of the prominent kings of the state was Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj.

The second most famous thing after Kolhapuri Chappal is Kolhapur’s cuisine and flavours. The city is especially known for its mutton dishes, Kolhapuri Misal, Ethnic meat, & Kolhapuri Bhadang or Bhel. The spicy namkeen made with Murmura, Kurmura or Puffed Rice, contains peanuts, dried coconut or kopra chips, curry leaves and is spiced with Kolhapuri’s famous red chilli, garlic and a Maharashtrian spice powder called Metkut. Each bite of Bhadang takes you on a spicy crunchy savoury chewy & nutty trip. It is quite a rollercoaster when you put Bhadang in the mouth. In the streets, the Bhadang is sprayed with fresh lemon/lime juice to compliment the spices. A little sugar in Bhadang only serves to heighten the teekha taste and make it more addictive. Enjoyed best during teatime or with drinks, Bhadang bhel is a go to healthy spicy snack that fulfills all your cravings.
