Andhra's Ginger Pickle or Allam Pachadi
Ginger pickle, also known locally as 'Allam Pachadi', is an Andhra’s traditional pickle. This pickle is known for its savoury masala, ginger’s pungent spicy aroma, tamarind’s tart sourness and sweetness of jaggery, blended to perfection.
