North ke Namkeen

North Indian namkeen are largely besan or moth dal flour based. While the most famous one we all know about is the Bhujia and its contemporaries in the form of Spicy peanuts, Khatta Meetha and so on, North India is home to a very wide variety of tasty namkeens that range from the intensely flavoured to the subtly addictive snacks that you might or might not have heard of before. While most brands of namkeen will sell you their varieties made in palm oil (a bland and tasteless oil) we strive to give you the varieties made in sunflower and cotton seed oil. Enjoy!
