They say you haven`t had authentic banana chips till you`ve eaten them from Kerala. The authentic ones are always made of the Nendran banana and must be fried in pure coconut oil. But while I love the crunch and aroma of banana chips as a snack, I also love spice - and that`s why I fell in love with these spicy Kochi Masala Banana Chips - the fragrance of garlic, red chilli and coconut oil is simply magical!
